Excellent hospitality. Food, staff, service all excellent, Specially Rakesh from room service was very helpful. He will go a long way in life. Our best wishes to him. The service was fast and accurate. The nature of staff was very polite. Will plan to visit again soon 🤠

Great location, easily accessible and peaceful even though it is right on NH5. Good food, courteous staff, clean room and amazing views of snow clad Himalayas (weather permitting that is). Ms. Aashna of the travel desk ensured our sightseeing around Kufri-Shimla and drop to Chandigarh was comfortable and hassle free. She provided us with clean, comfortable AC car with courteous and safe driver

Location is verygood. One can enjoy the nature and relax in the room. Furnitures and toilet is very good. Food is very good in the restuarant. All the staffs are very cooperative and friendly. Restuarant staffs are so good that one will feel homely. Enjoyed my stay.

We had an awesome experience over the last four days that we where in sterling Kufri staff was very courteous and helpful we beeing senior citizens we needed special care and attention which was promptly provided We booked a cab services from travel desk Miss Ashana is very good traveler planers we visit the Shimla jakhu temple Drive is also very Good
